Cervical Screening

Women are called for screening at the age of 24 years 6 months, and then called regularly until they reach 64 years old. You will receive a letter asking you to make an appointment with the practice nurse. We can only offer screening when your  test is due. This is a very important form of screening and looks for the HPV virus which is known to sometimes cause cell changes.
