Staff training
For ongoing staff development and training we have a programme of protected time for training of doctors, nurses and all practice staff. Clear notices will advise you of this in advance. If you need a doctor when we are closed and cannot wait until we reopen please dial 111 or in the event of an emergency dial 999.
Improved Access
Our Practice is engaging in a pilot scheme providing improved access for patients to a range of healthcare professionals. Working within a group of eight local Practices, we will be offering a range of appointments each weekday evening between 6.30pm and 8.00pm and during selected times at weekends, to registered patients, in at least one of the participating Practices. Please contact our reception team for more details.
The practice is NOT contactable by phone during these opening times.
Please note that this is not a walk-in service and therefore you will need to have a pre-booked appointment beforehand. The out-of-hours service continues to provide urgent/emergency cover.
