A fee is payable for certain services which are not provided free under the NHS – such as insurance reports, firearms forms and to whom it may concern letters.
When making an enquiry about a private service please ring and speak to a medical secretary who will advise you of the process for your particular request. Please see an up-to-date price list below.
Please bear in mind that demands placed on GP’s in undertaking their NHS work means that these private requests may not be able to be completed at short notice. We aim to fulfil these requests within 30 days from the date of payment.
